We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blood Incantation apparel and accessories. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
